The secret "Code" in this picture is actually ASCII characters. If you hold alt and type each "group" in you get a letter for that group.

In Viper's picture, the code says "Open in WinRAR!" (linkzz: http://dl.getdropbox.com/u/84275/Jing/2009-06-17_0343.png)

If you download and open the file in WinRAR, You see a file that is 54 bytes that says "Readme.txt". The file links here: http://vipersrt3g.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=4
