I made this topic because i think that a few moderator positions should be changed around. I think this was a good chat and some points i agree with nine5one. What are your thoughts is it time for some moderator changes?

lol, I already told you guys that it was XGhozt's idea to make the rule.
I just did it. Because I was tired of Xthar "abusing" his powers and removing his warnings, and probably other mods...so XGhozt just told me to make that.
There is also no need to ask members what the staff has to obey...
The post wasn't deleted either, it's still there.

None of my decisions are made solely by me except those relating to the AS.

I think pressing the matter here is going to cause some flare ups. We are now on thin ice. Any minor discrepancy will cause it to crack beneath our feet.

I also haven't added any rules by myself...or at all? All I know is the staff rules I did recently and that was not alone.

The moderators. I dunno if it's just me, but I haven't see the Global Mod, Div on in a while.
I haven't noticed many others.

Hopefully he can finish moving and get back.

Why? I see you're refering the "Do not editing your own warning". I told him to post that, so you can thank me for the idea. I'm tired of mods editing their warning. I don't care what the reason was, if you have a problem with it then contact me. Editing yourself like that is abuse of power. Mods are allowed to remove warnings, but not from them self!!

Warning is given if there is a problem with the post. Sometimes it's faster to just delete it before the topic goes off-topic.

What? Well, now that's just stupid. You're complaining about how things are not being done correctly. Imaging if I was the only admin, nothing would get done at all! They help me alot, I need them around the site, that's why I spent 2 weeks picking people.

No, I'm not ready to find any moderators. They all help me and do their best around the site. In stead of telling me that something is wrong and things need to change. Why not post who should be demodded and what things we should change. And to top that off, members don't even get banned when their warning level reaches 100%, we have to do that manually. With that said, I can't think of anyone who was ever banned due to a high warn level. I'm not taking away adminship from someone jsut because they do what I ask and you don't like how they do it. Poply and HG-Bounder-X have done far more for Ghoztcraft than you could do in a months time. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying you've never helped.

Also, every rule we make is a joint effort and I talk to both admins and some mods if they're online before we make it final. We're a team, and it's going to stay that way.

Things that are the hardest to talk about are often the most needed e.g. how humans are born to a child who is oblivious to it.
