hey guys i just fix my computer and got back to some games and i was trying to download a hack and play but i wasn't able to use it in the game after i open the hack do i have to put it in some certain folders or some? plzzzz help~

And in response to your question. What Counter Strike hack did you download and try to use? Some new ones have been detected recently and that could be your problem. Also Windows vista is not compatible with most of the hacks (along with earlier editions of windows before XP). Oh yeah and what are you using for injection? Some injectors are outdated and you need to download the new version in order for the .dll files to inject in their proper order.
