Steam account w/ 1.6

I want to introduce my friend into cs but his 360 got the rrod so we cant play cod4 anymore.

i dont have an extra steam account with 1.6 if anyone wants to let me borrow one i would be grateful, if its possible let it be banned to because they are of lesser value to you. i just want to introduce my friend to the game and show him whats its like.
