This is complete bullshit.... but this piece of shit bill wont pass. This bill here is just a run and trial for more bills for the government to get "control" over the internet. They already have control over the radio, and TV. But the government has no control over the internet, and words from our favorite friends on the net: "The internet is a hate machine." There really is no control over the internet and they are trying to take away are freedom of speech.

EDIT: just read the bill, are they seriously suggesting that a maximum of 5 years can be given for a lets play? Lmao.

(1) in paragraph (1)©, by inserting ‘or public performance’ after ‘distribution’ the first place it appears; and

 

(2) in paragraph (3)--

 

(A) in subparagraph (A), by inserting ‘or public performance’ after ‘unauthorized distribution’; and

 

(B) in subparagraph (B), by inserting ‘or public performance’ after ‘distribution’

I'm guessing these greedy asses are so nuts they don't like "FREE" advertising and I believe it is legal for them to do it under laws that can be used for such as "fair use, and educational purposes"
