Could someone please explain more in detail of how the OSMAP works...? i dont really get it and what your actually suppose to do o.o

i was looking on the attack list and i saw "jackflapz" real acc. evil_seevil or something and the jack acc. had like 68 mill D and he just joined. we were talkin on the shoutbox and he said that he just made the acc. for "fun" and said that there was a gliche in the amy s. where u can get free money... then he told ghostz and said that ghostz fixed the problem which he didnt when i tried 2 talk to ghostz... wha...
