Well, I was asking for some recommendations on MA the other day, and despite this band, Thy Catafalque, not being what I was looking for, I must say that I don't even care. This band is so versatile, and so well-done that I don't mind that it is not what I was looking for then. I was about to type "what I wanted", but I always want great music, and this is one. That is for sure. Their 2004 album is more industrial metal than the 2009 album.. But regardless, I prefer the 2009 one, but both are great in their genre.. Though, question. What IS the genre of this music? I don't even know. Every track is different. The easiest one to say is "Avant-garde metal" because it just doesn't really want to fit anywhere else. Oh and I haven't mentioned. I don't really listen to hungarian music, because 1. it usually isn't that great, and 2. I understand the lyrics, and it tends to suck. Well, this time, apart from the lyrics of "Űrhajók Makón" which is pretty ridiculous at first (and even later, it's just like "what"), I like the lyrics, I like the music, and you still haven't got the link yet. I am hereby reviving this topic to state this music is still awesome. :D The guy behind the band had another band though, in 1999 - they made quite the awesome industrial/ambient album.

Oh hey, they even have VVVVVV, TWEWY, FF6, and Kraid's Theme from Metroid! ..and Seiken Densetsu 3 (Secret of Mana 2)!!! And Tales of Phantasia!!!!! Man, this site has epic stuff. ....Wow, they also have Professor Layton, and even Ragnarok Battle Offline. I wouldn't have thought I'd ever see that anywhere.

Okay, so I've been biting my nails for about 12 years now, and never even had to use scissors to cut them even once. Therefore, I do not understand the concept of why cutting it with scissors would be better than biting them off. The only "reasons" I ever find is "you get germs in your mouth" and "it looks nasty". Well, I think they look NORMAL and I wash my hands before I bite my nails. Who the heck can refute me now? So yeah. I'd like to know what you think of nail biting. Should I really stop this "habit" (more like "activity"), just because there are thousands of dumb people out there who do it wrong, and were taught that it's bad for them?

We are getting ever so closer to the "next" doomsday! After the "rapture" where I was like "oh, today is doomsday? Really?" I don't expect much to occur, though. xD Are you guys planning to be attending any "before and after-doomsday" parties? It will be hilarious. I actually had that idea in like 2006, obviously others came up with it later as well. :P

You have like.. one post... and I personally have absolutely no idea who you are. For the forum, you have to be a part of the community, or at least we should know who you are. But most of the board's current user base is Retired Staff and Mods, so there isn't really a gap to fill it with that anyways. Maybe the Terraria Server might need something, I'm not involved with that.

Eh, I wouldn't think a program would sabotage all other possible antiviruses and antimalware utilities, but okay. I've had some issues with viruses hiding in System Volume Information, or one that blocked Taskmgr.exe from running. I worked around it that I started up Task Manager right when Windows was starting up, and it started running BEFORE the virus could have blocked it. So I went and deleted uzqzchfx.exe from my Windows\System32 and it all started working again :P Apart from that it infected every single goddamn EXE file on the computer. It was a bitch to kill. Another one hacked itself into the UserInit of Windows, so it started up if you logged in. And I tried to delete it from the registry, but I actually blocked myself out with that - I couldn't log in! xD yeah, that needed a reinstall afterwards.

I've finally finished the project I've been working on, meaning I have written exactly 50 songs (73 minutes -> 1 CD length :P ) in a program called SunVox. I don't really know what exactly I should do with it . I have included some of them as an attachment - Most of the songs sound different, and therefore just by including 7 you don't know what the other 43 might be like. :P Anyways, I would like to hear your opinions and what I should do with 50 songs made. I think I'll put them on a website and say "If you like it donate so I'll make more" or something.

Umm, there's even a private hack out there owned by Jiggie which can turn probes into mutalisks or cannons. I've heard it's possible to make everything, pretty much. There's supposedly nuke anywhere even... ....but the only mineral hack we have access to as publics is the OrderBufferRaep which needs Burrow and a somewhat longer build time for Zerg unit. There's a certain "how-to" to that hack though. And it's fun! :D 800 drones raping the enemy while having 61230 minerals from out of nowhere? Hell yeah!

Well it's been a while I know, but I've been actively pursuing learning how to make music that's a bit more acceptable by today's terms, meaning using percussion for example. Considering back in the day, I had no idea what that was for. Haha. Anywho, I've made some new stuff that I deemed "awesome enough to share with the world", therefore they're available on my SoundCloud. Hope you like them! :P

Duke Nukem Forever, the game that was meant to come out 12 years ago, but was cancelled. We were left with it being a fun reference, "Forever, because it took them forever to make, haha!" A game that wasn't made... and now that I've seen it, it really shouldn't have been made. This is BEYOND HORRIBLE. There are NO WORDS to describe the atrocity of the horribleness of this game. The game lacks anything that would truly provide "fun" or "entertainment". The creators thought "oh hey, we'll add an interactive environment so you can play with anything and feel like you're actually a part of this world!" And throughout that mindstorming, they decided they'll grab a bunch of stuff together people liked in other games, like riding a car, and essentially copying the game mechanics of Mass Effect 2, Call of Duty, and most essentially Half-Life. Now, what they have created is merely an abomination. In fact, this is the video game equivalent of Twilight. People play it to become one with Duke, who's being told he's awesome, handsome, and the savior and hero of the whole world. You give out autographs and have your own mansion of sluts, and work for the army, and directly for the President. ....wait, I thought this was a Duke Nukem game! So when do I actually start SHOOTING STUFF? Instead of being addressed by sluts, generals, presidents, soldiers, and random strippers to do their f---ing chore? Guess what. You don't shoot ANYTHING for 45 minutes. NOTHING. You don't have a GUN. You can't punch, kick, or basically do any of that stuff. In fact, there are no monsters even. No aliens. You just RUN AROUND your fricking mansion and TALK to people who talk ENDLESSLY and don't EVER have a chance to skip! We got ourselves a good new-type shooter, RPG elements and... linearity. Hell, it's so linear that if you have to interact with something, it's high-lighted so you don't even have to think for a moment. There are no secrets, and... Did I mention the two weapon limitation? Oh, I didn't. Not yet, anyways. You can hold only TWO weapons, and have an atrociously mortifying ammo system that's just in the way, and is essentially pointless considering whenever you have to actually fight something, they provide you with infinite. But when you're just walking around stomping on rats (yeah that's right, instead of killing aliens of course) you don't get any ammo. The only worthwhile gun in the game is the Shotgun though, and you get an RPG at the end which does not provide the explosion and feel of the old one anyways. You get lasers that suck, the AT laser is just weak and crap and the AT Captain Laser has a 3 second charge up time which you have to do over and over again if you get hit by an enemy. Wow. The list of negatives is endless, yet there's basically almost nothing positive to say about this game. Nothing. We played for 4 hours hoping we'd get something out of it... But no. In fact, I haven't mentioned how you can one-shot monsters with head shots, BUT if you are two stair cases below, then you aim for the head, and you MISS. You can't shoot across the fricking STAIRS. They're in the way or what? In a new sector? An alternate universe?? Well I'm not sure, but you certainly cannot shoot anything if you're a level below, despite there being nothing blocking the way. The AI is crap, the linearity is atrocious and the whole gameplay is bland, the music is unrecognizable and unmemorable, the weapons suck, it's a whole giant load of crap with RPG elements and endless talking. RPG meaning annoying yet easily solvable puzzles, like putting 3 barrels in a van to make it heavy enough so you can jump over. Great... well wasn't that obvious? Of course it was. It cannot get any more uncreative than it is, really. So whenever you see a positive review of this game, you should know: they are either the creators themselves, or someone who was paid to say it's playable, or someone on an acid trip or shrooms or weed or any sort of mind altering drugs. Anyone in the right mind will most possibly be as disappointed as I was. Verdict: Do not even CONSIDER buying this game. Believe it never existed - Duke Nukem Forever never came out. It's such a shame... It could have been such a nice game - but so many interesting games get cancelled nowadays, right?

Apparently GameSpot gave the game 3.0 / 10, and their reasonings were similar to mine, just a bit more detailed.

This game is so epic, yet so damn hard. Nice to see it being remade, though I'm not sure what is there to be remade about it - it was already epic :D

Consider yourself lucky. My brother wanted to buy this game... luckily, we checked and saw what it REALLY was like beforehand. And we're glad we did. As you can see, it was utterly crap by all standards. Anyways, you're welcome :)

Yeah, I personally haven't been keeping up. The only thing I really knew about regarding the E3 is Mass Effect 3. And that appears to be frickin' epic. :D In fact, beyond epic.
