It's fake because there are dozens are sites identical for many online rpgs and I've yet to see one ever confirmed as working for any game at anytime. Blizzard would patch it in a second and ban the accounts as soon as they noticed. If it was really working, a cracked version would absolutely explode all over the internet and therefore get the exploit patched and accounts banned.

Blizzard security is too tight. If the actual program worked, blizzard would release patches more often to prevent this program from working. If it was legit, it would be ground breaking and bought constantly.
