I chose the 4rth one as well cuz over all i love the feel of how it came out and the render is just so cute ^.^

I voted for the 4th because i thought the 1st looked way too empty and the 5th just didn't look good to me. The 2nd and 3rd were both close to being my choice but they just weren't my flavor and had a bit too much of an artsy look for me. The 4th is both simple, has a filled bakground and a perfectly matched render.
