Downgrade to windows xp and wait for most/all the bugs and problems to be fixed and figured out.

I can't downgrade to xp lol... XP wont install on this computer... HP LOCKED THIS!!!!......

Ubuntu is the only one I have been able to succesfully run on this computer, but off the live cd, now I am debating install.....

ive tried Ubuntu and ive tried Xp (haven't tried Vista, don't wanna ether). my advice would depend on what u want to use the comp for. If its for work like documents and spreadsheets go with Ubuntu but if you want games then go with XP as most games are in-compatible with ubuntu
