Starcraft Keeps Crashing

Recommended Posts

sorry this is my first post here but its really urgent.

when i am in the middle of a game starcraft crashes and comes up with this

bugyn7.th.png

this is very annoying as it disconnects me.

i am only using Oblivion v1.0.1b and kC version D

this also happens even without hacks on.

I have deleted ALL the files in my Error log aswel.

lol it's actually your second post here, but yeah, it helps a TON if you post those error logs you keep deleting. And since this happens without your hacks being on, what game are you playing, and what are you doing at the time you have a crash?

rofl... I just HAVE to lol at that. But anyways, yes there are drop hacks out. And the error logs are the things you were deleting... >_> They say why Starcraft has crashed... :/

Yep, so go play Starcraft, crash, and then post your error log here.

(I don't know why the fuck you would delete an error log.)

lo, where? :D

You did say you were deleting them... C:\Program Files\Starcraft\Errors\ They are stored in there... Everytime you crash, they are automatically saved in there. Unless you are using something that disables them from being saved, which you most likely aren't

Reinstall windows, that usually works.

But if it happens without any hack on, do you have any BSODs? (Blue screen of death - random restart or something) If so, your problem is with the hardware. Can't do anything about that but replace your comp. It might be a hard drive or RAM failure.

... i used to get blue screens of death all the time but it never affected my sc playing. i would say that your windows install is unstable and to reinstall it but who knows...

A lot of the time, a BSOD is a result of using RTOH.

Link to post

RTOH isn't it infested with a virus?

Link to post

I doubt it's a virus, but I know it has some really paranoid coding in it, that can sometimes cause that BSOD. I also know that when ever your trying to close SC while you have RTOH loaded, it will always close with an error. >_>

yea but hes not trying to close the game in the middle of a match... this is interesting i still say reinstall your Os and check your hardware

I doubt he'd go through all the trouble to do that just to play Strcraft, lol... I know I wouldn't.

I know I most likely wouldn't get stuck in a predicament like that >_>

If you don't know how. Right click the .ERR file, and select "Open With... Then choose "Select the program from a list" and hit OK. Then a window will appear, and scroll through list until you find "Notepad" then hit OK. Once it is open, copy everything, and paste it here.
