because they can contain auto login to many sites that the user has visited, for example if they have their password saved on paypal, well you get the idea. this would be ideal and very nice to have , however i am not sure that that is the correct code or not, me <---no idea

The other problem is, cookies are encrypted and decrypting is a bitch.

The only thing I can think of that you could benefit from is either site admin powers to mess it up and do whatever you want to the site.
