Im afraid that Im going to need further information as to how to install this.

 

What happens is that when I run the file it opens a web page that looks like this:

 

 

I know that Im looking at the code of the program, but that hardly is anny help to me.

Just let it finish loading, and then press CTRL S and save it wherever you want to.
