[windows] Rename Recycle Bin

By default, the Recycle Bin cannot be renamed.

 

Open the Registry.

Start > Run > regedit

 

Go to the key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}\ShellFolder and change the value of Attributes from 40 01 00 20 to 70 01 00 20.

 

You can also search for "645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E".

 

 

Go back to your desktop, Hit F5.

Click on the Recycle Bin and press F2.

 

If it didn't work, try restarting. :thumbsup:
