I said I wanted to get high,

He took me to the tallest hill in town.

I said I wanted to stay up all night and drink,

He gave me a 12 pack of caffeinated Pepsi and said, "Drink up!"

I said I wanted to shoot myself in the face,

He gave me a water gun, aimed it at my face, and helped me pull the trigger.

I said I wanted to cut myself,

He gave me a polaroid picture of myself, along with scissors, and had me cut it up.

I said I wanted to see my own blood,

He took me to get my ears pierced.

I said I wanted to cry myself to sleep,

He watched a sad, romantic movie with me until I fell asleep crying in his arms.

I said I wanted to be alone,

He gave me a name tag that said, "Hello, My Name Is: Alone."

I said I wanted to have someone there to take care of me always,

 

He asked me to name one time when he wasn't.
