I noticed that your IPv4 AND IPv6 options in your network options are disabled.

You might want them enabled, because they are what your computer uses to connect through a LAN, as well as the Internet. As far as I can tell, you do not have a gateway address because you do not have these options enabled. Try enabling them and set all of their settings to:

 

Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)

"Obtain an IPv6 address automatically"

"Obtain DNS Server automatically"

 

Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)

"Obtain an IP address autoamtically"

"Obtain DNS server automatically"

Hm, that is a strange problem you have there.

Apparently you are missing the proper network drivers to connect properly. See if you can find them online to download from the manufacturer of your network card. If you view the attached screen shot, you will see that windows can even tell you that you're missing a driver.

Well outside of Vipers post there are two other reason's you could not be getting a gateway....

 

 

You either need to call your ISP or the Manufacturer of the modem or get both companies in on a 3 way skype call since you seem to have skype

hm :)I have and personal computer, and there so I have the same problem with battle.net do not know what to do I do have already tztz

but maybe thsi is my problem maybe need to install first that IPv6 and IPv4

i try to search some drivers

If you get everything installed right you need and it still doesn't work you need to call tech. Support on both your internet provider and the company that made your modem

ye i have allrdy instal all drivers and when i try to update driver the system message is (the best software for your device is allrdy instaled :P Now what :)
