It's the grand opening of the Atlantis in Dubai. The opening ceremony's price tag went into the millions of dollars worth of pyrotechnics and special effects. This hotel is one of the world's most expensive, and largest hotels, modeled after the Atlantis in the Bahamas. Both hotels feature two main buildings connected with a bridge.
