I totally just came up with this.

 

IF you can type without looking at the keyboard, then move your hands over one key (to the right), and type as if they're on the normal place. Totally awesome new encryption system here.

That's really the only movement you could make that would make sense seeing as moving left would make you press shift and tab and moving up would render all the numbers useless, while moving down would result in you missing letters.
