Help with League of Legenfs

so, i downloaded a game to play with my friends called Leage of Legends. but verytime i try to run it, it says im missing something like a "shader 2.0"

and when i google it, ind it, downloa it, nothing changes o it says, " unale to met requirements. unable to install" or something. any ideas? advice pls?
