I Need Help Setting Up A Website.

I have some free hosting from a friend, My friend installed phpBB forums. I want to uninstall that. Install SMF forums. And addon some stuff to it. Anybody who can help will get a considerable amount of GP from me. I have cPanel, and I need to figure it out.

login via ftp, delete the whole phpbb folder, upload smf, then get this phpbb2 to smf converter http://www.simplemachines.org/download/?converters

 

run it, everything should be good

ftp > public_html > navigate to phpbb folder > delete everything in the folder > download ur new board > upload > install
