Having Trouble with the server

Ive signed up and followed the directions to connect to the private server, so i make an account and sign on.... i get red text saying my account is muted, i cant join any channels or chat with anybody other then ingame... is this intended?

 

 

also my friend is having problems and he is not muted... and is telling me to join channels that arnt even in the channel list... and he cant c the games when u click join... but i can

account should not be muted...

take a screenshot please..

 

also, thats becuase there are no games created.

Your on battle net not the privater server. Our server is not hosted by at&t

its prolly cause of this error then when i chose to set chosen gateway.... i didnt mention it because its not on the directions to connect in the sticky

 

 

and ive tried everything to fix it

yeah mine doesnt say at&t, mine shows like 9 channels, some says eternal, general etc etc. so mine is good right ?
