Shoutbox Bans:

1 - 30 mins

2 - 2 hours

3 - 5 hours

4 - 12 hours

5+ - 24 hours

I think there are rules in the shoutbox. You should know better flirch than to go against the rules of shoutbox. And I trust Bounder and apparently ghozt does to or else he wouldn't assign him an admin.
