stupid or cant accept change,they frequently use,dont fix what aint broke,while that is some good advice in some scenarios,not in this one,they need to make things better,not keep the same,thats why sequels were made,to give the game a fresh feel.

 

a example of the multiple starcraft forums stupidity(excluding this one because peple r smarter here :( )is this video:

 

now then,first of all,id like to point out its comparing a pre alpha to a final product thats been pathed 15 times

 

secondly,id like to add that they are comparing hi def starcraft videos to low def starcraft 2 videoes tis nullifies the easily identifiable units argument

 

and comparing screenshots to gameplay,anyone knows that sc2 screenshots look far worse than the actuall game

 

another counter to the argument of sc2 having units too identifiable is the fac that there were only 2 types of units,1 flying 1ground type and that was it,then you have battlecruisers,seige tanks,vikings,marinesand an scv,all in low def about,100 or so units charging,how u supposed to find an scv?how r u shere there even is an scv???

 

also,when ut states the new graphics tools and engines,i ask you,how is that bad????

they need to update graphics so more people will buy it or new people will be discouraged from buying it.its 2007 sheesh

 

seige tank argument: screenshots of sc2 are horrible and the starcraft seige tank is in high def

seige mode is better in sc2 than it is in sc,in sc if you fired paralell to the tracks direction the seige tank would be blown back by the recoil cand the clamps would break,also clamps r very skinny,they cant absorb the shock of the cannon

in sc2,tanks have shining star formation(x treads,xclamps) that gives it 360 support and is far better,now it looks more of an stationary artillery turret,witch it should be

 

the idea of zelots being ninjas are crazy! how do you see even a slight resemblence,and if you thing charge is to ninjay look at the lore,it justifies that "some masters have developed the ability to convert themselves to energy for short periods"also,zelots already had that braid of hair,they always had it,you needed to look closeley

 

who cares bought slight similaritys?its made by the same people and its nearly impossible to create a original thing these days

 

 

who says sheilds anb bayonets are ugly and dont belong,bayonets mabye but sheilds are a cheap and effective way to protect themselves,and marines are in a powersuit,they can fire with 1 arm

 

ghosts head is a lil superheoish but your not gonna knotice unless ya zoom in,besides it has a sniperrifle,its supposed to be long

 

WHY THE HELL IS AN OLD CONCEPT NOT ALLOWED IN A MODERN GAME??????????

so what if the concept was written 109 years ago?who friggin cares?

 

 

colousus argument:only if you mas coloususes does it get coinfusing,flying would be imba for colousus,cuz then it could target air

big and bulky?it costs as much as a bc and alot of supply,6 supply,it should be bulky

 

teleportation is a tool for more effewctive micro,allows you to chatch up with fleeing enemys,allows you to blink to the back of your groop when a stalker gets damaged easier,and if you think its cheap,what about the tank rush? if your concerned about the stalker blinking into your mineral lines,just get mineral line defences,like a planetary fortrass,some sensor towers,a tank or 2 and a dozen marines in 3 bunkers

 

thor is for heavy assult,and want ment to be microed,u newbs,just cause you cant micro this unit it should be out?thor is the heavier counterpart of the tank,look in sc,wraith and bc both had ain and ground atack!OMFG THEY OVERLAP,besides,thor can atack air and has 700 hp

 

 

there is no unit dedicated to another,the immortal is a heavy counter vs ground en masse,and a meat sheild,its the only thing right now keeping the protoss from being to weak early games

 

mothershuip got downgraded,its a bomber,it cant atack air,has 600 hp,timebomb is smaller,planet cracker is smaller,no blackhole,and a cloak feild that hast to be cvast and is a channeled ability,you can builkd more than 1 now

 

and besides,even if it still were a powerfull unit, dont forget the casual players,racist

 

 

haha ,automization bad?auto rally for mineral gathering and auto split mining makes it so you have less time spend on your workers and more time spent on the battle...you want this to be a hard game,so hard than newbies will get wpned easily,not gonna happen.they are adding alot of fetures that will make pros different than the newbs and the moderates,if you add more it just gets repetitive.

 

also,to inform you,the pheonixes overload only affects 6 units now,

 

truly a stupid community,im shure if blizzard listens to them,sc2 will fail

Who cares about the dumb arguments on SC2. The point is the game is going to rock! That is all that matters, not what some community says about it.

actually,most of the community is stupid enough to belive it,almost every fansite has it up on their frontpage promoting it,blizzard might be inclined to make a failure

I'm sorry to say, but I could barely read past the second paragraph of your argument. If you're trying ot be constructive and helpful, please use the correct functions of syntax. I don't mean to insult you, but what may have been meant as a constructive post was lost with how difficult it was to read.
