I know you have spent loads of time on this and probably don't want to hear any more about this but I have to speak my mind (not really). I think you should have the option to give lower points then what you have. Example: If you are able to give 3 points, you should also be allowed to give 2 points and 1 point. In some cases you might not want to give 3 or w/e but less.

I cannot set that, sorry. The only options I have is the ability to make it everyone gives the same or it gradually increases. Its up to you guys.

Not really, it involves a sequence of complicated and sophisticated clicks while shortly later pressing a button. And there is always a slight change in lag in the air.
