    My "lol" is usually a chuckle or a word filler, because it's funny but I don't really care. If it is funny and I did laugh, then my "LOL" is legit, the all caps version..

    Hey all long time no see how long has it been? half a year 9 months?? lol Jesus its been awhile.

     

    Well hello to every one i haven't met and good too see a lot of the people i did meet still here :D

     

    any way im back i guess lol this time i wont forget about GC like i did 9 months ago when i lost internet for 1 week lol

    Yeah that is awesome and very exciting!

     

    Let's not forget the team though. It was the 400-meter medley relay and if it wasn't for a great team, (and teammate Jason Lezak finished off the race for the U.S. in world record time); he wouldn't have received the 8th gold.

     

    of course you cant forget the amazing team the US has
