I've only been weight lifting and working out for 6 months but... My routine would usually be working on my Biceps, Triceps, and Deltoids and cycle on those three for one day. The next day I'd work more on my chest and back like my Pectorals, back muscles, and abs. And then there is a resting day for me to repair and such. Oh yeah and after each workout I run about 1-2 miles. I do toning exercises which would mean more repetition instead of maxing out. But, I've recently switched over to bulking up. I use Optimum Whey Protein As a Post/After workout supplement. Mmm yes, I go to Bally Total Fitness. Lol.

I weight lift and work out. Thats about it. :P

So here is whats happening, my computer's Mouse and Keyboard do not work on start up, or anything else plugged into the USB ports. All the lights seems fine upon actually starting the computer, but once I get into Windows, my lights go out leaving me hopeless. I cannot get into safe mode due to it being stuck on mup.sys, which probably means there is a corrupted system file. Also when I'm on my desktop it gives me a pop up message about something having to do with a registry file. I'm completely hopeless! I do not have the Windows XP cd and I need some files in this computer, they are very important files. :)

No idea, but what I'm thinking about right now is to use a Live Windows XP CD add a utility to partition my drive (or splite my drive in two) so that I can install a new windows XP on that other half, and when I get in, I'll just move the files from the other half to the newer half, and thennn I'll delete the other half and merge it back to the newer half, so I can have one new drive. Well, thats my only other option so far unless people think otherwise, please say so. This method is a long and tedious process. :/

It doesn't flash, it stays. And even though I know what the cause is, there is not much I can do to fix it, my computer is like a giant brick. Thanks for your help Ruler, appreciate a lot bro.

If I'm pinging a website? That was a couple months ago. O.O, until I stopped it. The last thing I installed? Diablo 2. ^_^ And I do not use limewire.

I did reboot numerous times and I have also resetted my BIOS, still no luck.

Theres another problem too, everytime I try to install a new Operating System into my computer, I get a BSOD. I've tried three different CDs already. Thanks for your guys help btw. I'm going to try to reset my CMOS, like Viper said. Wish me good luck. ^_^

Apperantly, a Starcraft CD is unavailable for me at the time. I do NOT want to download that shit on Blizzard, it takes rediculously long, 8 hours to be exact! Can anybody provide me with a single link for a Starcraft.iso and a single link for BroodWar.iso. Would prefer a fast one, please no torrents, I only request Direct downloads or FTP. Well, there has recently been a high increase in necro posting due to the fact that Ghoztcraft, is at the low of the low in activity. Only moderators are on and a few VIP members. And with hardly any interesting topics to discuss about, Ghoztcraft has become a slow slugish community where members have to dig up old interesting fun topics to talk about. Either that or because of the overwhelming boredom on this site.

Accounts from websites? Yes. Look up SQL Injections, brute forcers, etc... (Although I think the brute forcers are based on a database of common words and common passwords used. As for battle net accounts, there is none that I heard of but you can create a phisher website to trick the user into typing their cd-key.
