Need some help in downloading a file

I am currently deployed overseas and where I am at the internet has a firewall that blocks everything just about. I was lucky to have been able to access this site. Myself and a few friends have Diablo 2 and are just screwing around playing IP multiplayer games. I tried to download the Hero Editor .95 but every site that I go to is blocked. I was wondering if anyone out there could just send me the file through my Email since I still can access that. If so it is [email protected] I would really appriciate it. It would blow the minds of everyone else that I am playing against in my squadron.

You can't get it from our downloads? By the way, version 9.6 is out.. ^_^

The Hero editor that is on this site is version 9.6 but requires 9.5 to be on your computer first. This is according to the read me file that was attached.
