I think i got IP Banned because i tested a invalid cd key or something help me,if i change my ip adress somehow will it work can i phone blizzard is it just for 2 weeks?

There are a lot of games made by blizzard. Or are you talking about a server like battle.net that banned you?

Banned from starcraft it says like "Connection Inturrupted,Please try again later i think it was from my brother testing CD keys...

No it doesn't, otherwise all my ISP ip addresses would be banned.

I was IP banned once, for hacking.. strangly someone finally got me banned idk...but it didnt actually seem to last long ^^

No, because I space out the changing and testing of keys. Also for War3 I use NF because it can rotate keys and it tries to connect every 15 seconds.

Hmm is there like a way to test them under a proxy?

That happens to me sometimes and I have a completely operational Cd-Key. I would suggest you wait an hour before trying to mend the problem and risk screwing something even more.
