You can find some resources on GameThreat. Of course you gotta be a noob to start hacking I mean look at me im a newb and look where I am at "On a big dumpster hill" I think I am successful. Also when you create one use it in SCHT I expect something.

Learn asm; get OllyDebug; learn to make some basic programs; Learn how to reverse programs. Go through old open source hacks, downgrade your SC version, learn what the hacks do and figure out how to find your own exploits for the current patch.

well iv made some programs with VB and i have OllyDebug but i havent really used it :( and ill do all the rest :]
