Windows Activation

So I just recently reinstalled windows, and every time I start up, it hits this prompt asking me to "Activate windows" as a part of the anti-piracy shit. Naturally, I don't have a clean product key. Is there any way to suppress or get rid of it? It says I only have 30 days to active, or else I can't use it.

 

Any help whatsoever would be very appreciated.
