This is part of the Pixel City, yet a project on it's own. I'm going to keep it afterwards, but if the Pixel City goes anywhere, this will be either XGhozt's or my own house.

Before anybody asks, I AM using a tutorial. Of course I couldn't make something like that up by myself...yet, in any case.

I will post once again after I finish the outline and base colors and then the final version with shading and everything.

Don't expect the outline anytime before a week and don't expect the final before two weeks = Pixel Art is hard work, having to draw in each pixel.

 

Mine is not exactly like the tutorial's either, but it has a very good resemblance = If I do another, it will be all Original.

Then I'll try and make templates of houses, roofs, doors, windows, and everything so you can pick each and just place it together :P

Pixel Art isn't really complicated, just takes patience.

Errr, this project is now officially On Hold >_>

Fucking computer has Auto-Logoff anal problem again. So, unless I can run Photoshop in Safe Mode, I has to wait until I get off my ass to backup and reformat.

 

EDIT: Nvm Safe Mode, comp is being anal again and ignoring any monitor connected. So, eventually, I'll hook the HD up to my other comp and hope it has enough power to run my Battle.Net bots and Photoshop. has like 626mb RAM i think.

I have finally finished the 'outline' of the Pixel Mansion! :o

 

All that remains now is coloring and maybe a few minor details.

 

On another note: the pixel city thing is canceled.

Well, I find it mildly easy because it's fun and I have a tutorial to understand how it should come out.

But of course, my mansion is way more elaborate than the tutorial.

Closest thing I've even done was helping build a house for a school class. But that was relatively simple :o

Well the proportions and colors worked really well together. You seem to have a thing for design. :o

The colors were just Random colors taken from photographs of real Victorian Mansions xD

 

The proportions are heavily based off of the Tutorial, so not all me. Mine is just bigger with a few extra sections using the same basis.
