I like the bottom one. The top one seems a bit faded and almost blurred.

 

TOP: 7/10 - Somewhat low in contrast, and slightly blurred.

BOTTOM: 8/10 - Nice color blending, detailed.

Amazing! The first one looks kind of colorless, but full of action nonetheless. Is that glass on the second one? Ouch!

THe purpose of the blurriness is to add depth to your focal...i can see where you were going and it is really good, I would like to suggest adding a gradient layer to help with the depth and maybe even a cruves lasyer for shadowing...keep up the good work!
