Severly. The guiy is here inspecting our septic system because the bank im taking my mortgage with requires it as any mortgage lender should. Bug god if it fails for what ever reason im not sure what im gonna do. It shouldn't fail we lived in the house 10 years and have had no problems.

No jordan... it's a first mortgage and in short like very short story form.

My grandmother passed away in april. In the will the house that she owned and that i have been living in for 10 years was left half to me and half to my uncle. So Since my uncle has a house already I'm buying him out so to speak.

 

And this can be moved to spam since we went way the hell off topic lol.
