Basically it send me a pm telling me to go look at a topic. Its used to tell me that something is up and I need to take a look at it.

I've had this feature help me close threads that had gone bad in the past. I think it's a good feature that many of us forget about.

I think XGhozt made the report button highlighted in red on the Jet skin so it stands out and people will use it.

I use the Top button in topics with a lot of posts. That way I don't have to scroll.
