This is not a Democracy.

This is XGhozt's website.

He CHOOSES to let Staff Choose things.

XGhozt can do whatever he wants with the site.

Hell if he wants to take all staff away, he can.

In a Democracy there is a balance of power.

In Ghoztcraft, there is a tree of power, with XGhozt sitting on top.
