Panic Tutorial v1.03

 

Ok, since so many people need help with this hack, Xthar has coerced me into making this little tutorial to help him (and

 

many others) work Panic v1.1.5 properly.

 

First off, Panic comes with many interesting things built in that don’t require you to do anything. Some of these are very

 

annoying, so when you first start starcraft, press F12 and F11 three times alternating, so you toggle through the alert and

 

protection hacks, this will turn off the alert hack which is by default on. This will then turn on the Hatchery crash

 

protection, and turn the Ping Hack on.

(Hatchery crash protection will disable the hatchery crash hack from actually executing while you still have a hatchery on

 

your screen, and the Ping Hack, basically shows the unit ping such as when it is done doing something even though it isn't

 

your unit, as if it were your own unit such as finish building, warping, etc.)

 

Now I will describe and explain each hotkey hack in detail. This will be a lengthy explanation, so sit tight and take some

 

notes...

 

First off, we will go over the simply stuffs.

 

Pressing the insert button will toggle through the maphack's three states, light, full, and off.

 

Pressing the Delete key will show you Panic's Help section, which is basically a list of the commands and such in game, press

 

delete again to view more.

 

Pressing the Home key will null the drop timer and enable you to drop a lagging person right away without having to wait for

 

45 seconds.

 

And pressing the End key will turn lag defender on, so now you can chat to your friends and be able to issue commands without

 

having to be stuck watching the damn lag box.

 

Pressing TAB will turn on the Host hack enabling you to drop, kick, or ban people from the game lobby.

(TIP: Press this key right after you join a game, when its loading everyone's user names, it simply works best when done at

 

this time, after this, you won't have to press it again unless you restart starcraft)

 

Pressing Alt alone will activate the offline stupid arbiter hack, I'm not sure what exactly this does, as when I tried it and

 

nothing happened. And it simply doesn't do anything even if you press it while you are online, so just ignore this feature.

 

And of course, pressing the ~ key will enable multicommand. (TIP: Multicommand doesn’t work in certain maps where the

 

starting unit count is either far too high, or far too low, or the map gets too crowded.)

 

Now I will go into Panic’s, myriad of mineral hacks!

 

Terran Mineral Hacks

Type in /t to switch to the Terran Mineral Hacks

The Terran mineral hacks are split into three sections, which you can toggle through using the F5 button.

 

Terran Add On Mineral Hack (First Add On)

This is your Comsat Station hack.

Make sure you are first off, ABLE to make a Comsat station, some UMS maps disable them.

Make sure you have enough resources to create one, it requires whatever the cost in the map you are playing, and some UMS

 

maps make it only cost minerals.

Make sure you are technologically able to make one, needs an Academy.

Now, you are able to use this hack.

Type in /t

Select the command center

Then press F6 and hold it down.

The command center will start to look like it’s exploding. This is because it is making Comsat stations constantly and

 

canceling them to give you back money you didn’t spend in making the Comsat stations. (TIP: If you stop pressing the F6

 

button and the command center looks like it is building an SCV, just leave it alone for a while, it's still in the mode where

 

its making an add on, even though its not making it normally. It will still be able to make SCV's though, just make sure you

 

don’t order it to start making SCV’s right after stopping the mineral hack then using the mineral hack again, you might

 

crash.)

 

Terran Mineral Hack (Second Add On)

Same as above, all the requirements apply; as this is only the second add on of certain buildings, such as your nuclear silos

 

and physics labs.

Type in /t

Press F5 twice this time

Select building and press and hold F6

The building will also look like it’s exploding. This is simply the add-on canceling back giving you back money you didn’t spend :P

 

Terran Rock Mineral Hack

This is one of the more dangerous hacks, because you run the very likely chance of crashing! But by following the easy steps

in this tutorial you wont have to worry about that, you'll only have to worry about your teammates crashing!

 

Only certain units can be cancelled back for this hack.

Firebats

Medics

Any Flying unit

 

NOTE: Firebats and Medics do not create rocks when you recycle them back for minerals, and they do not crash you if you watch

 

them recycle back.

 

Before you even USE this hack, please remember the following:

When you use a recycling hack (Rock hack) NEVER look at the unit you are recycling! Certain units WILL crash you if you are watching... So just as a precaution, simply don’t look at the unit(s) you are recycling.

 

Type in /t

Press F5 three times

Select the unit you want to recycle back

Look away

Press F6

When you look back, the unit will be long dead, and you will see the infamous grey rock. The sure sign of either a sprite

crash hack, or the dreaded mineral hack.

You are able to multicommand units to recycle back, but this can crash you even if you ARENT looking at the units. So use

caution when recycling many units back at the same time. Also, if you select many units with multicommand OFF, and you press

 

F6, only one of the selected units will recycle back, the rest will all die.

 

Protoss Rock Mineral Hack

This is the same thing as the Terran rock hack, DONT look at the units you are going to recycle back while executing the

hack.

 

Type in /p

Press F5 once

Select unit

Look away

Press F6

When you look back, you will see the grey rock, and have more resources

 

Recyclable units:

Probe (very risky even while not looking, more risky if holding something)

Dark Templar

All Air Units

 

Remember, NEVER look at any units you are recycling, certain units are able to be viewable while recycling, but for your own

sake, just don’t look...

 

Zerg Mineral Hacks

This is the most complicated of all the mineral hacks, with the most limitations, but the most variety... please follow these

 

instructions very carefully...

 

Zerg Instant Mineral Hack

This hack is similar to the rock hack, however, since its Zerg, its different.

Type in /z

Press F5 once

Select a unit that you are able to morph, such as a Hydralisk with Lurker Aspect enabled, or a Mutalisk with the ability to

morph into a guardian or a devourer

Look away

Press F6

Upon execution, the hack will make the unit start the morphing process for free! And also give you back money that was

supposed to go into morphing the unit! You can cancel it back and look away and press F6 to make it morph again, thereby

gaining twice the amount of money everytime you use it. Careful, anyone looking at the unit while you press the F6 button

will crash. So, you can use this as a crash hack!

 

Zerg Rock Mineral Hack

This is the most complicated out of all the mineral hacks. It is divided into two groups. One is to make units for free from

larvae, and the other is like the other mineral hacks for the previous races, where you recycle the unit back for money.

 

This will describe the free units from larvae version.

Type /z

Press F5 twice

Select a larva

Now, make sure that your numlock is ON, many people have come to me asking why pressing a number has made their lag defender

 

turn on or off, or make their maphack turn on or off.... and this was all solved by turning numlock ON

Now, if you look at the units your larva can morph into, please note that there are a total of nine units it can morph into.

 

Now look at your number pad. They both have nine keys. A drone corresponds to the number 7 one the numpad, an overlord

corresponds to the number 9 on the numpad, get it? (TIP: if you can't get this simple method of the keys representing each

unit, then please return to the main page of this site because you aren’t going to be able to understand this at all and will

only crash yourself...)

Now, before you use the hack, first READ these rules and limitations of this hack.

You cannot make the larvae morph into units you don’t have the technology to make; for example, you cannot make a larva morph into a queen without you having a queen's nest.

 

You cannot morph units for free if they cost more than 100 minerals or gas. If either resource goes over this limit, you wont

be getting it for free, you will actually spend some money making them, of course, they will be much cheaper, so use with

caution. You cannot make units if you will exceed your supply limit upon creation of the unit. If you do, you crash, simple.

Multicommanding your larvae to morph most likely will crash you as you will probably go over your supply limit in this method....

 

(TIP: Making larvae morph by selecting them one at a time will save you from ever crashing due to going over the supply

limit. Panic automatically makes your larva morph into an overlord if the unit you selected will exceed the supply limit.)

 

Zerg Rock Mineral Hack

The same rules apply to this hack as do with the other rock hacks for the other races.

You CANNOT look at the unit you are recycling! Sometimes you can but usually you will crash.

Never recycle a drone if it is floating, you will most likely crash

Pretty much any Zerg unit is recyclable! So use at your own risk.

Type in /z

Press F5 twice

Select the unit you want to recycle

Look away

Then press F6

When you view the spot again, you will see your grey rock :P

Multicommanding units to recycle all at once can make you crash even if you aren’t looking at the units. Use at your own

risk!

 

Worker Rock Mineral Hack (Zerg and Protoss only)

This is another portion of the mineral hacks that ArmmedNPissed wanted me to include in this tutorial. This let's you achieve

those ridiculously large returns people sometimes get when playing top versus bottom maps, or melee games.

 

First select the worker (Probe or Drone) and using maphack, right click on a Vespene Geyser on the opposite side of the map.

 

Right after clicking on the geyser, press F6 to execute the rock mineral hack on the worker. (As with all mineral hacks,

 

please do not look at the units you are recycling back as you will most likely crash.) If you selected the right geyser, you

 

will recieve 2-4k minerals and 5oo-1k gas. If it is less than this, you have not clicked on the right geyser, and it is

 

recommended that you try the entire process on a different geyser.

 

A downside to this is the few occasions where the map, for some reason, won't give you any minerals back at all. No matter

 

how hard you try clicking the geysers. So in cases like these, you simply don't use the Vespene Geysers. You use a mineral

 

patch in the place of a geyser. usually in these maps, the minerals are the things that give you the larger returns.

 

NOTE: When recycling workers back, if they are holding something they will still give you back the massive returns many

 

people have noted. So either wait for the workers to be holding something, or use the seemingly random geyser click.

 

Building Morph Hack

This hack is also known as the Supply Hack or the memory hack. The reason for this is because when you use it properly, it

 

will lock your supply into Starcraft's memory, so that you have a constant amount of supply even though all your command

 

centers or nexus' died.

 

Terran Building Morph Hack

When using the morph hack on Terran buildings please remember this....

The building morphing will crash anyone who looks at it after its done morphing. You will hear the Terran AI announce that it

 

is done creating the add-on, after this, viewing the building will crash you, or anyone else who looks at it.

First off, make sure you have an SCV nearby.

Make sure you have at least one more supply

Make sure the command center isn’t fast build such as in some UMS maps, if it is, don’t use the morph hack, as you will crash

 

because the command center built itself too fast for you to save it.

Now, select the command center, and then press F7

Select the SCV, and right click the building.

The SCV will build the building and after its done your supply will go up but 10, since the game thinks you created another

 

command center. You can do this over and over and you wont have to worry about your supply getting knocked out, since you now

 

have your supply stuck at whatever it is now.

(TIP: If you haven’t reached 200 supply, and your command center died, you will lose 10 supply, as you haven’t gone over the

 

supply limit)

 

You can also use this on regular buildings as well!

When you use this on a Terran building remember this:

The building must be a building that creates units.

So a barracks, a factory, a command center, a Starport, or a science facility.

Press F7 when you've selected the building will make it morph, while you do this you still shouldn’t look at the building.

 

For things other than command center its best if you don’t look at the building at all.

Its up to you if you want to save the building or not. If you choose to let it finish building, please kill it using F9; it’s

 

the suicide hack that clears the building from the map, so you can look back at the spot again.

 

Protoss Building Morph Hack

Never look at the nexus while you use this

Your nexus cannot be saved so use this as a last resort if in a serious game.

Select nexus

Look away

Press F7

Wait for people to look at it if you must

Press F9 later to kill it

After canceling buildings you get some money back.

You can also use this on buildings that make units, such as:

Nexuses

Gateways

Stargates

Robotic facilities

Never look at the building you are morphing when you do this, this version of the hack is even more sensitive than the Terran

 

building morph hack...

 

Zerg Building Morph Hack

This only works on the Zerg Infested Command Center

Select the command center

Press F7

You can look at this when you do this one

And if you ever get the chance please do, and tell everyone else to do as well, its pretty kewl... try it for yourself to see

 

what I mean...

 

DRONE FLOAT

Now, here is the best part of the drone float

As I have previously stated before on many hacking forums, the Drone float does not suck, and will not after you find out how

 

I can get my drones to float in ANY direction instead of just straight up in short small slow hops...

 

First off, get at least 5 drones...

Make them surround one drone in particular... sound familiar?

Select the surrounded drone

Now, you must be able to time this correctly, right click on a terrain that is the SAME HEIGHT as the place the Drone is

 

currently in, then press F8 right after. If done correctly, the drone will simply fly through the other Drones, and will go

 

straight to wherever you clicked, as I said before, NEVER try to recycle the drone when it is in this flying state... you

 

WILL crash.

 

And so now you all know how I get MY drones to fly in any direction... just like back when we could make them float by making

 

a hatchery far away and surrounding the drone. Its still the same process, and its obvious blizzard cant patch starcraft for

 

crap.

 

The suicide hack is a very helpful hack, and is also a very funny one if your playing against a total nub. Basically you can

 

suicide any building that can make a unit, any building that can attack and any unit, that can attack. So, you can kill of a

 

lot of things you weren’t meant to kill of. Its helpful if you made a command center morph and forgot to save it, if you hot

 

keyed the command center, you can get rid of it by making it die, by pressing F9.

 

Game Speed Manipulation

 

I believe this hack was first introduced to the public by Zero, I’m not sure but yeah, press the + key on your numpad all the

 

way to the right to increase your game processing speed (TIP: this will only change the processing speed for you alone, so

 

you will go fast in very short quick bursts, however if you are playing with a fellow panic user, you both can use this and

 

change the game speed :P)

By pressing the - key on the numpad all the way to the right, you can slow the game down, this DOES affect everyone else, so

 

you have to use caution when using this as you might make people mad and leave or suspicious and start raising the latency to

 

very high...

 

Stats Hack

Stats hack, you can see everyone's resources by pressing the number 0 on the numpad! Make sure numlock is ON for this to work

 

properly...

 

Command Hacks

Now I will go over all of Panic's command hacks (typed in hacks)

/cancel will make you cancel the end of a nydus canal so you turn it into a drone.

Make a nydus

Select it

Before you make the other end, type in /cancel and don’t press enter

Make the nydus start morphing the other end of the nydus

Select the end that is morphing

Press enter to enter the command /cancel

 

NYDUS DRONE FLOAT

 

This is a new one that ArmmedNPissed has asked me to add in here. This is the new strategy I use to quickly surprise and

 

overwhelm the opponent, when you need to make a fast and very damaging surprise attack.

 

OK, first, you get a nydus canal set up. (Just the first building of it) Then cancel back the second building to get a drone.

 

Now, you use this drone, to float around the map. I recommend creating an army of Zerglings while you are morphing the Nydus.

 

Now fly the drone to wherever you need it to go. And once it gets there, simply make all your Zerglings go into the Nydus

 

Canal, and boom, you’ve got an army of zerglings inside your opponent’s base, bypassing all of his defenses.

 

Hatchery Crash

This crash will be disabled if you put hatchery crash protection ON if you are looking at a hatchery...

Select a hatchery that is morphing (doesn’t matter if its morphing from a drone, or into a lair or a hive)

Look away, and type in /hatch

If you’re under attack your enemy will most likely look at this hatchery and will promptly crash. Press F9 or cancel if it

 

pops up to get rid if the hatchery. If not, then exit that game and keep playing.

 

/timer

Amazingly, I haven’t even used this to see if it works, but if it does, then you simply type in /timer and put in a number

 

between 1-10 after it in this format

/timer [1-10]

Don’t type in the [ or ] when actually using this :P

 

The /hold /lock and /patrol hacks are useless, don’t use them please, I wont even bother to explain what they do since they

 

are self explanatory and don’t even work

 

Stack hacks

Sorry, but this only works for the Private Version of Panic. But basically you type in /zstack (if you are Zerg)

/pstack (if your Protoss) or /tstack (if your Terran)

After typing these commands the lights will go off. Type them in again to turn them back on. Remember these don’t come with

 

the public version of panic, even though it will say that it has been enabled...

 

/repair, if you turn this hack on, you will be able to repair the units of other races I believe, I'm not sure if this works

 

as I don’t find any uses for it and therefore never use it at all.

 

/mineral when you use this hack, your miners will be able to mine from anywhere, select them and attack a mineral patch, they

 

will start mining on the spot.

 

/gas same as above only it's for gas, this however, teleports your miner to the vespene geyser.

 

/infest, see a command center in the red and nothing being done to save it? And do you just happen to have a queen around?

 

Well then, type in this command, and infest that command center from wherever your queen is! Its funny but it works, just

 

make the queen infest the command center and it will get straight to work.

 

/off, this is supposed to disable any command hacks, but it doesn’t work... sigh... not even in the private version so

 

stupid...

 

OFFLINE HACKS!

 

I have seen many nubs say this hack is filled with many off-line stuff and that that’s all that works in Panic. This is of

 

course not true...

 

Below is all the commands for the off line stuff, and as you can see, there isn't much compared to what I just typed out all

 

above these lines...

 

/smineral upon entering this command, if you are in a game with other people, you will drop, as you have just frozen your

 

mineral amount...

 

/sgas this freezes your gas amount and will also drop you from the game if you enter it while with other people

 

/slarva I haven’t used this hack so I’m not sure what it does, my guess is it does the same as what burrito did back in patch

 

v1.11... it makes you spawn larva super fast...

 

/smine I also have never used this hack, but my guess is that it lets you mine instantly...

 

DROP HACK

 

/list will display the list of players in the game at the start of the game. It will not remove the names of people who left

 

previously, so just remember who left.

 

/drop [1-8] orders the hack to drop whoever it is you want (TIP: RISKY! many people complain about this dropper because it

 

drops you more often than not, I always say use this only as a last resort... try to crash the opponent first then u try to

 

drop them)

 

MACROS

Yes... those annoying macros... Panic has them, but not ALL of them mind you.

 

/cheat shows the cheat enabled in white letters across the screen

 

/bnet shows the fake you have lost your connection to battle.net across the screen

 

/nuke shows the fake nuclear launch detected

 

/unit shows the fake cannot create unit macro

 

Color Codes

IMPORTANT NOTE: When using Panic v1.1.5 on a computer with the Korean Windows XP installed, New Features are unlocked on Panic v1.1.5. This allows you to be able to recycle back any unit, other than heroes. So those who say the Protoss Rock Mineral Hack sucks, think again, Zealots can now be recycled back, and the Drop Hack works as surely as the Private Version.

Ok I followed the directions for the min hack but it doesn't work. Maybe the tutorial needs a bit more detail like when to press a specific button like when its building or done.
