No, it's the full 40 days.

She was allowed to go back home - even though the Judge stated no electronic monitoring - because of a nervous breakdown. When she was getting taken back to jail she was crying like the bitch she is for her mom.

 

Yea she definitely deserved it, she may be hot, and she may make a lot of porno, but that doesn't give her the right to get a specialties... She needs to be locked up and get that stupid smile slapped off her face, not like she hasn't been slapped by anything but a hand... lol!
